My Favorite Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 carrots, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 to 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 can Green Bell pitted ripe olives
    vegetarian meat, chopped (optional)
    1 can broken straw mushrooms
    4 to 5 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped or torn
    4 to 5 leaves slightly curled leaf lettuce, torn up
    fresh parsley (optional)
    fresh basil (optional)
    2 big pinches Drexler's traditional French cured herbs (this makes the salad!)
Preparation
    Toss everything together in a large bowl and enjoy.
    Unusual items can be found at \"The Staff of Life\" in Woolwich.
    The French cured herbs can also be used in soup, pasta, dips, etc.
