Stir-Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 lb. bacon
    3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    2 bunches green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown bacon.
    Cook rice while bacon is frying.
    Remove cooked bacon.
    Drain half of bacon grease.
    Saute green onions and mushrooms in leftover grease.
    Push to side of pan.
    Add eggs and scramble.
    Crumble bacon.
    Add to pan.
    Stir.
    Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
    Season with garlic powder to taste.
    Stir well. Simmer 10 minutes.
