Ground Beef Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sliced Ballard biscuits
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Press 5 sliced biscuits in bottom of dish; spread to form a bottom crust.
