Barbecued Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 salmon filet about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sayce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp minced fresh garlic or fresh ginger, or both
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat butter, sugar and honey over medium heat until melted.
    Add mustard, soy sauce, oil, ginger and/or garlic.
    Mix well.
    Cool slightly.
