Bourbon Sweet Potatoes(Company Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes, boiled
    1 stick melted butter
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple including juice (if omitted add small amount orange juice)
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (prefer walnuts)
    1/2 c. bourbon or wine
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes.
    Peel and mash with melted butter and salt.
    Mix all together in 2 small or 1 large rectangular Pyrex dish.
    Heat for serving, or freeze.
    After freezing, reheat completely before adding marshmallows to top.
    Lightly brown and serve.
    Serves about 10 to 12.
