Black-Eyed Pea Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. whole kernel corn
    1 c. black-eyed peas, drained
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 chopped onion
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    jalapeno pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together
    the
    cornmeal, salt, flour and soda.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake in greased pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
