Mashed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped olives
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes; add butter.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Serve hot, but can be served cold. Decorate with parsley and olives.
