Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
    Place in a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
    Mix the flour, sugar, salt and spices, then sift over the apples.
    Pour cream over pie.
    Top with strips of pastry.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
