Mincemeat Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. mincemeat

Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add sugar.
Mix flour, soda and cocoa.
Add to sugar mixture.
Add mincemeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
