Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of oregano
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
    Simmer for 15 minutes; stir in sour cream and simmer 10 minutes more.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
