Crawfish Etouffee(Kentucky Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. green onion
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    3 cloves garlic or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
    16 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. flour (to thicken)
    2 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    Saute onion, peppers and garlic in margarine. Add other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
