Chocolate Cherry Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. evaporated milk
    5 c. confectioners sugar
    2/3 c. crushed nuts (optional)
    2/3 c. cut up maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate chips and evaporated milk over low heat. Remove from heat.
    Add and mix well the sugar, nuts and cherries. Chill mixture, then form in small balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Chill 4 hours minimum.
    Keep chilled until time to serve.
