Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2/3 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine
    dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add milk all at once.
    Knead
    lightly
    and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut out
    and place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 12 two-inch biscuits.
