Swiss Pork Chops - cooking recipe

1 lb. boneless pork chops
1 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes plus 1/4 c. water
1 medium onion, halved and sliced

Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Bread pork chops with flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops. Drain off oil. Top pork chops with onion slices and pour tomatoes over all. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
