Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to very hot for at least 15 minutes before you mix. Mix butter, sugar and egg until smooth.
    Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt together 4 times before stirring into butter mixture.
    Shape into balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon.
