Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Peel, cube and boil potatoes until well cooked.
Drain.
Add milk and mayonnaise.
Use potato masher or mixer to blend.
Place back on heat and add salt and pepper.
Add butter and parsley flakes.
Pour into bowl and sprinkle with Hormel real bacon pieces.
