Ida'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans chili sauce
    1 medium onion, diced
    red pepper seeds
    garlic
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion and ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add chili sauce.
    Add pepper seeds, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 2 cans water. Simmer 3 to 5 hours.
    Add extra water if necessary.
