Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rib celery, finely chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until onion turns clear. Blend in flour well.
    Pour in the milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add egg yolks, salt and red and black peppers.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Carefully blend in crabmeat, trying not to break up. Place in lightly greased casserole or individual dishes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
