Chocolate-Mint Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 c. (2 sticks) cold butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    green or red food coloring (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium-sized bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
    With pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until crumbly (mixture will be dry).
    Set aside 2 cups of crumb mixture in small bowl; press remainder firmly on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
