Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 can chopped chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
1 pkg. tortillas (corn or flour)
1/2 lb. or more cheese (Longhorn or Cheddar), grated
Preparation

Brown onion in butter.
Add green chilies, soup and broth. Simmer 10 minutes.
No need to grease pan.
Layer the tortillas, chicken broth and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 4 to 6.
