No-Sugar Raisin-Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts, unbaked
    1 c. raisins, uncooked
    1 c. apples, sliced thick
    1 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine raisins, apples, sweetener, lemon juice and water; bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer 10 minutes. Now stir in cornstarch which has been mixed with enough cold water to make it into liquid (approximately 3 or 4 tablespoons).
    Pie filling should be thickening.
    Pour into pie shell, dot with oleo, add top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
