Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium yellow squash
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil whole squash until partially done, about 10 minutes.
    Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the center of the squash, then chop up the insides and mix with bread crumbs, stuffing mix, onions, salt, pepper, egg, milk and cheese.
    Put squash halves in a greased baking dish and fill with dressing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Can top with a slice of cheese if desired.
