Grilled Shrimp With Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp (let your pocketbook be your guide)
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    vegetables for kabobs can include: green and/or red peppers, round onions, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms or cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Rinse and drain shrimp.
    You may choose 1 of 2 methods to prepare the shrimp.
    The Good Guy/Gal method is to peel and devein the shrimp, which results in easy dining, but may also result in shrimp that is very dry.
    The Rough It method is to leave the shrimp in its shell, which would result in time-consuming dining, but may also result in succulent shrimp.
