Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, diced chicken
    3 c. chicken stock
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    nutmeg
    1 small can drained peas
    about 3 carrots, sliced
    1 small, diced onion
    a few stalks celery, diced
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add flour and cook 3 minutes. Add stock very slowly, stirring constantly.
    Season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
    Add chicken, a small can of drained peas plus carrots, onion and celery (slice about 3 carrots, 1 small onion and a few stalks celery.
    Boil until tender, then drain and add to chicken) or can use frozen peas and carrots, boiled with onion and celery.
    Pour mixture into deep dish pie plate and top with pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
