Shrimp And Tomato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. precooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute peppers and onion.
    Stir in rice.
    Add water, salt and shrimp.
    Bring it to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup.
    Heat through, stirring often.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
