Edith'S Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 lb. soft American cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. partially cooked bacon
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Toss first 5 ingredients together.
    Turn into buttered oblong baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup partially cooked bacon and 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 12 servings.
