Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak to serve 6 persons
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size.
    Flour, salt and pepper on one side.
    Pound with mallet to tenderize.
    Repeat the procedure to the other side.
    Brown in oil.
    Mix soups and water together. Place meat in casserole.
    Pour soup mixture over meat.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
