Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Melt butter; whisk in flour.
Cook over medium heat until it bubbles.
Stir in mustard, sugar and milk.
Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add vinegar; whisk until smooth.
Pour into glass jar and refrigerate.
Good on any kind of sandwich.
Yields 3/4 cup.
