Holiday Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into medium size flowerets.
    Cook in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
    Drain well; set aside.
