Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 cans mushroom soup, plus 1 can water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls.
    Brown meatballs. Heat the cream of mushroom soup and water; pour over meatballs in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Or, pour soup and meatballs into slow cooker and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
