Taco Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Idaho potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green peppers
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Pour off excess fat. Add taco seasoning, 1 cup water and peppers.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring. Slash tops of each potato and squeeze open.
Spoon taco mixture over potatoes.
Garnish with dairy sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
