Rolled White Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. soda
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except the last cup of flour should be reserved for rolling cookies.
    Knead dough to desired consistency with the last cup of flour and divide dough to roll to about 1/8-inch thick. Garnish with sugar and cut out cookies in desired shapes. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 7 minutes.
    Check for doneness. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
