Patti'S Vidalia Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Vidalia onion, chopped (walla-walla or maui onion will work also)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers (best with Triscuits).
    Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
