Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice or 2 heaping Tbsp. pumpkin spice
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 3 coffee cans.
    Mix the sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Sift dry ingredients and spices.
    Add to pumpkin mixture with raisins and nuts.
    Fill loaf pans or coffee cans 2/3 full. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Let stand a few minutes. Remove from cans and wrap in foil.
    Replace in can with lid on and refrigerate or freeze for gift giving.
