Asparagus Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cut asparagus (10 1/2 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped red pepper (optional)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. shredded mild Cheddar
1/4 c. diced green onions
1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation

Drain asparagus and place in shallow 1-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise with red pepper, cheese and onions. Fold in egg white. Spread over asparagus. Bake at
350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
