Fish Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked fish
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mash fish.
    Beat egg yolks until light and thick.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley to fish.
    Add egg whites, beaten to a froth.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot deep fat (360\u00b0 to 370\u00b0).
    Fry until brown.
    Serves 4.
