Sarah'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust (room temperature)
    3 lb. Rome apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour on crust.
    Put flour side down in pie plate. Add apples.
    Sprinkle sugar on top.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top. You can use as much as you like.
    Sprinkle flour on top.
    Put top crust on, sealing edges and crimping.
    Beat egg white.
    Run on top of pie.
    Cut 4 slits in crust.
    Cook in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    For a la mode, add Cool Whip or ice cream.
