Four-Day Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. whole bran cereal
4 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix cereal and buttermilk; let stand until buttermilk is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Beat in eggs and oil.
Add remaining ingredients; mix until flour is moistened.
Cover tightly and refrigerate up to 4 days.
Spray muffin pans with Vegalene and fill cups full, but not overflowing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in black oven for approximately 25 minutes.
(Brown in convection oven if needed.) Cool and store in covered container.
