Lemon Delite Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O (dry)
    1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 to 6 oz. lite whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Preparation
    Mix with Jell-O mixture and sprinkle lightly with chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
    Three fat grams per 1/2 cup serving.
