Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean is less fat)
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (more if desired)
Preparation
    Mix and roll in 1/2-inch balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serves 30 people.
