Cajun Pickles(Yields 64 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    64 oz. dill or kosher pickles
    3 c. flour
    4 cloves garlic
    1 (2 oz.) bottle Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain all liquid from pickles.
    Pour sugar, garlic and Tabasco sauce into jar on top of pickles.
    Shake occasionally for next 3 days.
    Refrigerate after the third day.
