Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, reserving a little of the cheese to sprinkle on the top.
Place in a large casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
