Tomato-Opal Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped purple basil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    freshly ground pepper
    French sorrel leaves
    tomatoes, sliced
    Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients.
    Line dish with French sorrel leaves.
    Arrange tomatoes and cheese in rows.
    Pour dressing over. Cool.
    Garnish with opal basil sprigs.
