Mystery Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. sweet potatoes
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c.milk
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 pie shells, unbaked

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes, peel and mix with margarine.
Add sugar. Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder together.
Add to potato mixture.
Add eggs and milk.
Beat well.
Add vanilla. Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
