Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    few grains salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 c. sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Make pastry.
    Mix sugar, tapioca, salt, lemon juice and almond flavoring.
    Combine with peaches.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Place peach mixture in pastry shell.
    Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
