Moist And Minty Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.
    Bring just to a boil; remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup of mint flavored morsels and vanilla, stirring until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
    Transfer this to a larger mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Stir in flour mixture and remaining mint chocolate morsels.
    Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes just until center is set.
    Cool completely before cutting into squares.
    Makes 16 brownies.
