Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 lb. ground beef
2 (No. 10) cans tomato puree
1 (No. 10) can tomatoes
1/3 c. oregano
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. black pepper
10 lb. spaghetti
1 (No. 10) can tomato paste
2 c. onion flakes
1 c. sweet basil (whole)
3/4 c. parsley flakes (dehydrated)
1/2 c. salt
6 to 8 bay leaves
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Drain and crumble.
Add balance of ingredients and simmer for several hours.
Serves 100.
