Sausage Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Neese's sausage
2 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage until brown, stirring to crumble.
Drain well; reserve drippings.
Add margarine to drippings to measure 1/4 cup. Set sausage and drippings aside.
