Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. softened margarine or butter
3 eggs
2 c. sugar (scant)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. rhubarb, washed and sliced into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
-
Blend first 3 ingredients together and pat into pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix balance of ingredients and our over baked crust. Return to oven for 15 more minutes.
Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
