Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
1 lb. thinly sliced deli corned beef, cut in strips
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 to 6 slices rye bread, buttered
Preparation

Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing; spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with corned beef and cheese. Place bread, buttered side up, over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serves 4.
